Released in
1996, this beautiful pen is a tribute to the Queen of
Assyria and her contributions in the fields of writing
and architecture such as the Hanging Gardens of Babylon
and the Ishtar Gate. The finish on this pen is a remarkably
detailed gold filigree design. The 18k gold nib is decorated
with symbols of Babylonian deities. This is one of my
favorite Montblanc Patron of the Arts Series issues. |
